The Long Look was the page in between the business section of The National were we used to run the features since I arrived until we redesigned the newspaper.
Here you have an small example of the pages I did back then. Unluckily after so many years I do not have the illustrations themselves.
The first one was about some WhatsApp conversations crossed in between people of different banks who were arranging the prices of different currencies.
The next example was about the oil prices almost hitting rock bottom in 2015 due to a black hand who was pushing prices down intentionally.
And then one of those illustrations that I am proud off. Ikea was going through a rough period of time and they were closing down some of their stores. So I did an illustration as the manuals of their furniture, but dismounting one of their iconic locations.
